How to purchase a subscription

You can purchase a subscription as an individual or for business employee needs – as a legal entity.

Choose a parking lot

Find on the map or search by address for a parking lot of interest on the Park Expert website in the "Parking lots" section. Check if subscription purchase is available.

Register / Log in

To purchase a subscription, you need to register and then log in to the Park Expert website.

Provide information about your car and parking lot

To purchase a subscription, you need to provide information about your car and the chosen parking lot.

Receive confirmation

Make the payment to receive confirmation. Information about your subscription will always be available when logged in to the Park Expert website.

Automatic subscription renewal

When purchasing a subscription, you have the option to choose automatic subscription renewal. This option will save you time and worry.

Frequently asked questions

01 How will Park Expert know that I have a subscription?

Your car licence plate will be registered in our system. This way we will know that you have a parking subscription.

02 Will I need to print something and keep it on my car dashboard when parking?

No, you don't need to print anything. Your car number will be entered in our system. This way our control – manual or automatic – will know that parking has been paid for.

03 Will I always have a guaranteed parking spot?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer specifically designated and guaranteed parking spots. However, in our parking lots you will always be able to find a free spot for your car.

04 Will I receive a reminder about the subscription expiration date?

Unfortunately, we do not currently send reminders. However, we are working on this improvement so that you receive a timely notification about the approaching subscription expiration date and can renew it.

05 How does automatic subscription renewal work?

When purchasing a parking subscription, check that you want automatic subscription renewal. This option will allow you to automatically renew the subscription until you stop it. It will save you time and worry.
