Open a dispute

The client has the right to submit a written complaint regarding the imposed penalty (penalty receipt / penalty invoice), describing the content of the complaint and indicating the penalty number, as well as the vehicle owner's (user's) personal identification data.

The complaint must be submitted by filling out the complaint form on this page.

Complaints regarding penalty receipts issued due to incorrectly placed or missing subscription cards are only accepted from persons who have a contractual relationship with SIA "Park Expert" for the use of the relevant subscription card.

SIA "Park Expert" is not obligated to review or take into account complaints that do not indicate the penalty number and / or the vehicle owner's (user's) identification data.

Responses to received complaints are provided within 10 business days to the specified email address.
