02 Someone else parked my car in the lot, didn't pay, but I received the fine. What should I do?

Unfortunately, the fine is linked to the vehicle. Therefore, the fine will need to be paid. You can pass it on to the person who used the vehicle, or pay it yourself and ask the person to reimburse you. If the fine is not paid, the amount will increase. Therefore, we recommend making the payment on time.

03 Will I always have a guaranteed parking spot?

04 I don't want to pay the fine.
