For your convenience, we offer several payment methods. Choose the one that suits you best!

Pay with QR code

You can pay for short-term parking using a QR code.

Scan the QR code

Each parking lot has a QR code that you can scan to make a payment.

Choose the period

You will be redirected to the Park Expert website where you can choose the payment period and provide other information.

Make the payment

Choose your preferred payment method – bank card, online banking, GPay or ApplePay.

Receive confirmation

You will receive a payment confirmation to the email address you provided.

Pay using Mobilly

Use the Mobilly app to make a payment, if the parking lot offers Mobilly as a payment option.

If you don't have the Mobilly app yet, install it and register.

Choose the parking lot

In the app, select the parking lot where you want to park your car.

To start the payment, press "Start".

Free time

In many of our parking lots you can park for free for 1–3 hours, for example, near shopping centres.

If there is a car registration kiosk near the shopping centre, don't forget to register your car.

Some parking lots have automatic licence plate recognition.

Frequently asked questions

No, parking prices are the same regardless of which payment method you choose, so pay in whichever way is most convenient for you.
The vehicle user is entitled to use the parking lot free of charge for up to 15 minutes (Free time). Free time is granted automatically when the vehicle enters the parking lot. We believe 15 minutes is sufficient time to park the car, make a payment, or register the vehicle.
We are very sorry if such a situation has occurred. We definitely want to resolve it, and if we made a mistake, we will certainly cancel your fine. Please send an email to info@parkexpert.lv and we will review your complaint.
Unfortunately, the fine is linked to the vehicle. Therefore, the fine will need to be paid. You can pass it on to the person who used the vehicle, or pay it yourself and ask the person to reimburse you. If the fine is not paid, the amount will increase. Therefore, we recommend making the payment on time.
